From Bravo: “The notoriously closed society of Charleston, South Carolina unlocks the gates of their centuries-old plantation homes for a real-life look at how modern-day Southern aristocracy lives. Get charmed by the social scene which is bound by tradition and ostentation unlike any other culture in America, through a group of the city’s most charismatic gentlemen and their Southern belle equals.”
A most interesting part of shooting reality television is living a life different from yours for a little while, and getting know different people. Quite an experience, one I would do all over again.
I was one of 5 camera operators, (but the only local one – most of the crew was from New York and Los Angeles) shooting on the HDX900.
Apparently this show has been quite a lightning rod. Obviously I cannot talk or say anything about the details of the show – you will have to wait until January 2014 when the show premieres to see what the fuss is all about.
